Gaby Kerdoncuff, Jean-François Roger et Serge Leclanche font revivre les trios de sonneurs d'antan, s'inspirant notamment de Mathurin l'aveugle, joueur de bombarde qui adaptait les mélodies à la mode à la musique populaire bretonne faisant danser les foules avec ferveur. Avec « Jabadao », nom d'une danse en rond très prisée au XIXe siècle, les musiciens recyclent les danses et airs populaires bretons qu'ils mêlent à leurs propres compositions. Dans un univers musical insolite, se croisent alors Bretagne, musiques orientales et jazz. Comme l'a décrit Gaby Kerdoncuff, « Jabadao, c'est la danse, c'est la fête ; c'est aussi l'avis de tempête. »

Gaby Kerdoncuff, Jean-François Roger, and Serge Leclanche revive the trios of piper of old times, drawing inspiration in particular from Mathurin the blind, a bombarde player who adapted fashionable melodies to Breton folk music, making crowds dance with fervor. With "Jabadao," the name of a popular round dance in the 19th century, the musicians recycle Breton folk dances and tunes, mixing them with their own compositions. In an unusual musical universe, Brittany, oriental music, and jazz intersect. As Gaby Kerdoncuff described it, "Jabadao is dance, it's celebration; it's also storm warning."
