10) Flè Koulèv Edit Live - 3 :48 The Magic Malik Ka-Frobeat project was born in 2017 under the impulse of the late Hilaire Penda, bassist and composer, and myself. Hilaire, originally from Cameroon, and I, originally from Guadeloupe, wanted to propose a music that represents this proximity as well as this distance in terms of identity. The group is made up of musicians who are not necessarily directly linked to these Afro-Caribbean cultures. And yet, Hilaire and I knew that this Africa is diffused in the new generations in an often unconscious but strong way. Afro-Caribbean culture is a global, international, multicultural, "exo-cultural" cultural fact.
